The location is great walking distance from MBK Mall and train stations The staff is super cooperative Before I came, whenever I messaged them, they responded promptly to my queries. Check-in didn't take more than 3 minutes. They gave me free upgrades to my rooms. Room service was exceptional. Breakfast was acceptable with a Halal sector. The staff there is cooperative too. The hotel offers a free welcome drink on checkin and 15% discount coupons for food and drinks I arranged my trips in bangkok through the office on the ground floor Thank you, Mr. Joe, for your cooperation and support ATMs are there too on the ground floor * The birthday of my wife came during my stay, and I didn't expect to find a small cake with a happy birthday tag on it. It was a great surprise for me and my family. A big thank you for this and for everything💐

A good place to stay for first time visitors like us. Very close to BTS (Skytrain) station. We took BTS from Suvarnabhumi airport on our arrival which was very easy & cost us about £2, so would advise to do this instead of paying for a taxi. The breakfast is very good. The pool is also v.good and super clean. The gym is well equipped. All the staff were attentive and very helpful. Would recommend speaking to the excursion lady in reception. The only down side for me - we paid for a delux room with balcony but the outside (balcony) aircon unit is extremely loud and makes it uncomfortable & unenjoyable to sit out. If I'd known this, i would not have asked/paid for a balcony. Overall I think it's good value for money and would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

3rd (extended) time of staying here and love it. Friendly helpful staff. Great room w fab huge bed. Nice pool to chill by. Location is the best. Great food round the corner (Jae Koy!!!) And the breakfast is perhaps the best we've ever had anywhere on earth, at any level of hotel. The range of foods (for Thai, Chinese, S, Asian and western guests (unless you really want bacon egg and beans ....in Bangkok !!?). variability, freshness & presentation, presided over by a chef (tall guy in white hat) who takes pride in the food - justifiably.

The staff were warm, attentive & efficient. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. For the price we paid for 7 days, it was value for money 50% savings as compared to other classier hotels. We stayed on the 20th floor. On the morning before check out, we were asked what time our flight was the next day. As it turns out, we were given foresight by the hotel staff to pre-book for transport as it was an early flight and necessary to secure in advance to avoid last minute stress, as Bangkok has heavy traffic.
